1. Refund Policy for AC Sales

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

• Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling.
  • Special or custom orders.

• Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges in the following cases:

• Defective products upon delivery.
• Incorrect products delivered.

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refund and Returns for AC Rentals

• Cancellation:

  • Rental cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

• Early Termination:

  • No refunds are provided for early termination of rental agreements.

4. Service Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for completed AC services (installation, maintenance, or repairs).
• If a service issue persists after our initial repair, we will provide a free follow-up service within 7 days.
